Nollywood actor, Femi Adebayo has become the next celebrity to have received a political appointment, as he is now a Special Adviser to the Governor of Kwara State, Abdulfatah Ahmed on Arts, Culture and Tourism.
He announced this via his Instagram page where he confirmed the appointment, stating his excitement about being given such an opportunity.

Adebayo is not the first actor to have had the privilege to earn a seat with the governor of a state.
Actors, Richard Mofe Damijo and Kate Henshaw have enjoyed an opportunity to become political officers of Delta and Cross-Rivers States respectively,with RMD enjoying the most senior post as the former Commissioner for Culture & Tourism in Delta State
